Overview
Texnadzor is an enterprise platform for the digital supervision of road construction sites across the country. It brings clients, contractors, designers, technical and author supervisors, and management into one system.

Problem
Each party in a construction project needs different access to the same sites, documents and inspections, and management needs an overview of all of them.
My responsibilities
- Role-based access control for 11 roles; JWT authentication and registration via activation tokens.
- Site management with region and district filters, participant history, monthly completed work volumes, invoices and commissioning documents.
- Electronic inspection reports with execution tracking, and hierarchical inspection checklists (chapter, section, question).
- Hikvision video integration for live site cameras, with cached tokens.
- An external REST API for the management dashboard, which I designed and documented.
- Excel export (openpyxl) and statistical dashboards by region and site (Chart.js).
Technical approach
- QR-coded PDF reports are generated automatically every day (cron/systemd).
- Large data volumes are handled with chunking, prefetching and throttling.
- Deployed on Ubuntu with Gunicorn and PostgreSQL; deploys are automated with GitLab CI/CD.
